Automatic Clevis Hook – Grade 8

The Automatic Clevis Hook is an accessory designed for lifting and load handling systems, offering a high level of operational safety, mechanical strength and reliability in severe industrial applications.

Manufactured by forging in Grade 8 alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-1, the hook presents excellent structural performance, high toughness and high fatigue resistance, meeting the requirements for load lifting operations. The product is designed to operate with a safety factor of 4:1, ensuring safe use within the specified working load limit.

The Clevis-type connection system allows direct and secure coupling to Grade 8 chain, ensuring perfect compatibility and correct assembly of the lifting set. The automatic safety latch mechanism keeps the hook opening closed throughout the operation, preventing accidental load disengagement and increasing operator protection.

The yellow epoxy paint finish provides additional protection against corrosion, greater durability in aggressive environments and facilitates visual identification of the component in the workplace.
