Automatic Eye Hook – Grade 8

The Automatic Eye Hook is an accessory developed for lifting and load handling systems, providing a high level of safety, operational reliability and practicality in severe industrial applications.

Manufactured by forging in Grade 8 alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-1, the hook presents high mechanical strength, excellent toughness and high fatigue resistance, fully meeting the requirements for load lifting operations. The product is designed to operate with safety factor 4:1, ensuring safe use within the specified working load limit.

The automatic safety latch mechanism keeps the hook permanently closed during operation, preventing accidental load disengagement and significantly reducing risks to the operator. The integrated eye allows direct and secure connection with chains, slings or other compatible components, ensuring adequate alignment of the lifting assembly.

The yellow epoxy paint finish provides additional protection against corrosion, greater durability in aggressive environments and facilitates visual identification of the component in the field.
